In the event of a technical failure during a session, Dr. Bilici's team will contact you to reschedule.
- Privacy of Remote Sessions: You are responsible for ensuring that you are in a private location during telehealth appointments where your health information cannot be overheard by others. Sessions are conducted over HIPAA-compliant video platforms; however, no technology is entirely without risk.
